Eligibility Checklist
• Accepted to or enrolled in a trade school, two-year, or four-year college. Must provide acceptance letter.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (official transcript required)
• Submit: Essay on the topic shown below
• Good attendance and behavior record
• Willing to participate in an In-Person interview if selected as a finalist
• ACT/SAT
• Referral letter
• List of academic and athletic participation and awards
